Hi. I am Bridget Annette
It’s time to look within yourself to learn how to lead with confidence and unlock the highest potential in you and in others to attain personal and professional success.
I see you. I’ve been in the same place.
I see you wondering if you are on the right path.
I see you exhausted from working a million hours to ensure your team or project is successful.
I see you wishing one of your team members would step up because you know they have the ability to shine.
I see you sitting in meetings wondering why your “superiors” don’t see the big picture and take action to fix what is broken.
I see you feeling drained and unfulfilled because you aren’t taking any time for yourself.
I see you feeling lonely because you took on a role and you are now the ‘boss”.
I see you feeling overwhelmed because you have the technical skills to do the job, but never had leadership training.
This does not have to be your path.
You don’t have to stress and stumble trying to figure it out. I get it, that was me 15 years ago.
I can help you skip all of that and go right to the fulfilling part - leading successful teams, growing leaders, feeling fulfilled and grateful for the life you have.
Hi! I am Bridget. Here is my story…
I am an overachiever with a huge heart who loves adventures. I finished college in just three years. I landed my dream job at a big 4 accounting firm in a city I dreamt to live in and that is where the adventures really began. I was newly married, finding my way as a professional, studying for my CPA exam and traveling non-stop for work.
After a few years, I decided to take a government position because I wanted to have babies and I needed more time and less travel to do that. I didn’t love my new job and being a mom was exhausting. I changed jobs and moved to one within the Department of Defense. The energy around me was incredible - people felt passionate about the mission and taking care of the warfighter. My particular office though was pretty stale. I had a vision for what it could be and from where I was (a worker bee level) I initiated changes. I found leaders outside of my office who saw my vision and took a risk to champion my ideas.
I worked hard in spite of the obstacles around me because I had the vision and I knew I could make a difference. Fast forward just a few years and I was leading the entire audit office, and had grown it from 12 to 65 people. We were leading audits across the world, running special missions for the Director and making a huge difference. I had many amazing team members who saw the vision, but I also had a large portion of the organization pushing in the other direction. I was working 14 hour days, I had young children and my marriage was falling apart. This was not sustainable.
This was the beginning.
It all begins with an idea. I loved my team, I loved what I did. My commitment was to be successful through the eyes of my children. I had to figure out how to lead my team in a way that was sustainable! So, naturally, I volunteered to lead a team for a project in Afghanistan. I needed to figure out all of the pieces of my life.
Was I scared? Oddly the bombs were less scary to me than not figuring out how to thrive!
I came back home renewed and with a clear mind. I did end my marriage. I began traveling the world when I didn’t have my kids and found so much joy in learning about other cultures and meeting new people. Personally I was going to be okay.
I was selected for a special project at work - leading a team of nearly 1000 people. I was in my element and I was doing what I was good at. Many of my team members followed me to this project to support the agency. We were making a big difference and that big team was thriving and embracing the project. Fast forward a few years, I felt I was ready for a new challenge.
I took a role at a new defense agency. It was uncomfortable and new and my team needed to be completely built from scratch in multiple areas. I love a good challenge and I thrive when I am learning. I put together a team and together we built the structure we needed to be successful and I can say that this team is AMAZING! We accomplish more than anyone ever thought possible! It impresses me when I think about all we’ve accomplished. They are unstoppable!
Even the pandemic, changing to a completely virtual environment and being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease did not impact my ability to lead. In fact, this is exactly what encouraged me to figure out what self-care really was and actually dive in full force. As an empathetic leader I found self-care routines that have changed everything for me.
As I‘ve shared, I spent over two decades working in the federal government sector leading successful teams of accountants and auditors. I will be the first to admit that gaining my confidence as a leader and getting to where I am now was not without many mistakes, heartache, stress and self-doubt.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about myself, which in turn helped me better understand my goals and the people around me. It also helped me appreciate others and our differences even more. I spent years refining the recipe for leading top-notch teams, growing leaders and inspiring team members. I am ready to share it with you and to help you do the same!
I'm here to serve you. My company is built on a bedrock of love, a passion for what’s possible and a commitment to be an unstoppable force for good. Through my coaching, training programs, and retreats — I am in this to make a difference. To help you become a strong leader and build a life you truly love. A life that’s one-of-a-kind and brilliantly tailored for you.
Wherever you are in your career, or if you are starting or growing your own business or looking to make a big change in your life, I am here to help you reach the highest levels of your potential and tap into the deepest wisdom within you.
I don’t have all the answers. I make mistakes, have bad days and get mired in fear and self-doubt, just like the rest of humanity. My commitment is to bring you the very best of what I’m living and learning, while keeping it real and honest as I go. Do expect thought-provoking ideas, timeless wisdom, lots of self-reflection and an unwavering devotion to help you lead with vision, knowledge and purpose.
I am passionate about self-growth and helping others reach their dreams. I will walk you through the fundamentals of turning your dreams into reality while living a deeply rich and meaningful life.
I can’t wait to meet you! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. I’m thrilled we’re connected and I’m excited for our journey together.
XOXO, Bridget
I feel grateful and fulfilled and I want to help you feel the same.
I am a proud mom to two amazing adults who I can truly say are my best friends.
I lost one of my best friends to cancer and it reminds me every single day to not put things off and to always say I love you!
The city gives me life, but I love the beach, mountains and everywhere else, too!
I am an eternal optimist.
I owned a sustainable fashion boutique in Lake Tahoe that opened the week the pandemic shutdown the world.
I love adventures and rarely say no even when it scares me! (This year I am going to try a hot air balloon ride!)
When I travel I like to experience the culture and just soak it all in rather than race around sightseeing.
Outside of work, I am a free-spirit. I often travel without a plan or even a hotel reservation for ultimate flexibility.
I was scheduled to be on the plane that flew into the Pentagon on 9/11 but changed my reservation the day before to a slightly later flight and instead was on a plane awaiting takeoff when the news came in.
I am a proud dog mom and dog grandma.
I get my energy from people, but I’ve found peace in resetting alone.
I published 10 gratitude journals - to include several for children because I believe in the power of gratitude and I want others to experience it.
I am a certified sound therapist and certified public accountant.
I am fully committed to living a fulfilling and beautiful life by helping other and I would love to help you do the same.
